I don't promote Bingo too much and thought it was time for a change. As a result, I used my DGM link to visit Bingo Liner, download the software and deposit my minimum £10.

I didn't win too much, but my main test was to ensure the tracking worked before promoting them. After waiting 24 hours, there was no sale in my stats so I contacted DGM.

DGM replied promptly to all my queries and contacted Bingo Liner. Bingo Liner confirmed the sale took place but could not confirm that it was registered via a dgm link. As a result, DGM said:

"Please accept our apologies, however we are unable to credit this sale with commission."

As I only ever went to Bingo Liner via my DGM link, this is completely unacceptable and there is no way I will ever be promoting Bingo Liner and am very wary about using any other DGM programs (I have switched many links to other networks over the last year). Also, in contrast to Bingo Liner, other purchases I made on that night were reported correctly on other networks.

If you are going to promote Bingo Liner, beware that some sales probably won't track...

oh dear, that' totally unacceptable from both Bingo Liner and Dgm. Bingo liner should of Credit you, after all that's two affiliates lost, you and me and maybe more that read this.

DGM that's a poor attitude to have. What happened to DGM they used to work hard to have a relationship with there affiliates.

There not even in a position to behave like this anymore.

you could try them on Affiliate Future?? I think the commission is higher on there too. And you get paid over a month earlier.

Also I'm trying to register a new site with them and the form doesn't work, so not in a "be nice to DGM" mood.
Do you have products for review on my chocolate reviews or Easter eggs blog?s PM me.

    - With the combined attitude of Bingo Liner and DGM together, I think I'll give them a wide berth on Affiliate Future as well (I've got nothing against AF though).

DGM used to be a reasonably good program. However the new interface, combined with their attitude, really sucks. I don't have many links with DGM anymore although if they have an exclusive program / better terms I will generally still use them.
