The Broadband Deal
We have great products, with multiple price-points to appeal to a wide range of customers. We make different margins on each of the different product we sell, so it seems only sensible to reward you for delivering customers in line with those margins. And, obviously we want you to drive as many sales as possible so we also reward you for the numbers of sales you deliver each month.
Broadband Package Affiliate Fees
1Mb Broadband
1 to19 sales per month £15
20 to 49 sales per month £20
50+ sales per month £25
We also pay £0.50 for each lead generated
2Mb & 8Mb Broadband
1 to19 sales per month £20
20 to 49 sales per month £25
50+ sales per month £30
We also pay £0.50 for each lead generated
22Mb Broadband
1 to19 sales per month £25
20 to 49 sales per month £30
50+ sales per month £35
Alongside the tired commission structure per product, we are also offering the following bonus payments for the Broadband package;
100 Club
Any affiliate that delivers over 100 sales per month for three months in a row will receive a bonus of £1,000 at the end of the three month period.
Affiliate of the Month
Each month one affiliate will receive a one-off bonus of £100. The selection of the “Affiliate of the Month” is purely at the discretion of UK Online, and each affiliate can only win it once in a six month period. The bonus would be paid on top of any other bonuses achieved. The selection of affiliate of the month will be determined by one, or a combination of the following factors;
• Most sales per month (for an especially good month)
• Most improved affiliate over time
• Most higher value sales (2Mb & 8Mb) in a month
• Most innovative approach.
Additional bonuses may be paid from time to time, and you will be contacted by the UK Online team with the terms and conditions nearer the time.
Dial-up Packages
As well as our fantastic range of Broadband products we also have dial-up packages for you to promote from which you can also earn sales commission.
UK Online has two services, available for as little as 1p a minute.
Pay As You Go – Earn up to £2 per sales
• No set up costs
• Users simply pay for using the internet as they go
• Ideal for light internet users
• From 1p a minute at weekends
OpenSurf – Earn up to £7 per sale
• Pay a monthly fee, with no other charges regardless of how long you surf for
• Ideal for users who want to keep control of their costs, but aren’t ready for Broadband yet
• Pay monthly and the first two months are only £6.99, after that it’s £13.99 per month, or
• Pay £120 annually saving over £33
Payment tiers follow the same basic structure as those for the Broadband packages:

Bonus packages outlined earlier do no apply to dial-up products.
Cookie Length
Cookie length for the programme is 30 days.
Cancellations
UK Online will delete any invalid orders on a monthly basis. A cancellation constitutes one of the following actions;
- Cancelled Orders
- Fraudulent Credit Card Details
- False Contact Information
Keyword Policy
We are more than happy for you to use PFP search keywords as part of your programme. However, as I’m sure you’ll understand there are a few restrictions;
Bidding on UK Online branded keywords is allowed, but publishers should pay special attention to the below points:
• Publishers are prohibited from bidding more than 0.45p
• The UK Online brand can not be used in any search headlines.
• The UK Online brand can not be used as the primary domain of your display URL. For example; www.ukonline.net/affiliate is not allowed but, www.affiliate.co.uk/ukonline is ok
Creative
We have provided an extensive library of creative assets, both ads and text blocks, for you to use to promote the UK Online programme. If there is a particular sized ad that you need that isn’t available, or you wish to change to pre-prepared text blocks then please contact your DGM account manager. We will do everything we can to help you out, after all if you’re successful, we’re successful.
