Does anyone know whats happened to this merchant. I can't find it using DGM Pro, and its not on the suspended list ?

Hi,
Just checked the status and it is live and we've been recording sales all month, however, I can't see it in the merchant list.
I've noticed a few campaigns haven't been accessible to join or pick up links this week even though they are live. I raised it with the integration team on Friday with regards one of my campaigns.
I'll follow up tomorrow and use this as another example.
I'll post back here when it's accessible again.

they were suspended on 22nd december for tracking issues.

yes, the program is temporarily suspended - hopefully I can qualify the tracking issue for you.
An on-site promotion wasn't being tracked in the system and as such we decided that it was best to resolve this issue. We're hopeful we can relaunch the program in the near future and will keep you posted.

If you have any specific comments to add perhaps you'd like to give one of us a call as you clearly feel aggrieved about something and I'm more than happy to help.
I've responded with an answer to a query posted on the forum - I'm unsure what sort of response you expect your reply to elicit.
We weren't tracking a percentage of sales for La Redoute - clearly this has an impact on the program and we're working with the advertiser to resolve the problem as soon as we can.
Tracking issues certainly aren't unique to dgm - perhaps you need to take a look at some of the issues surrounding other programs on other networks.
