I have emailed , via the DGM control panel, DGM 4 times in the last 10 days to ask what has happened to the stats, without reply. On the payment page my BACS amount was there, now it shows zero. A load of sales have gone missing from the Sales list report, but are present on the account summary. There have problems with Comet reporting since JULY. I really would like to have some confidence in the DGM system please.
