In the last few months I have not heard one good thing said about DGM. Everybody in the industry I have come across says they are going the way of the dodo.
They are so desperate or technically inept they are even 'spamming' me now.

Having watched a colleague work tirelessly over the last couple of days to resolve an issue with OSPS which we on dgm can now confidently say is tracking accurately, it's interesting how interpretations differ.
Communication on this particular issue was emailed yesterday and today when we were eventually satisfied the program was back on track. That same colleague is now addressing the financial implications for all OSPS publishers on the network.
I guess I and my colleagues have to judge reaction to the network from a number of sources. I often receive email enquiries from publishers and whilst I cannot resolve them or address them as quickly as I would like, every issue is taken on board. I also work closely with other publishers and advertisers, many (most in fact) of whom are not vocal on this forum.
I also make myself available (as do many of my colleagues) with direct line numbers and email addresses, so as always, I'm more than happy to discuss any aspect of any campaign I manage.

Dear Kevin,
I have emailed , via the DGM control panel, DGM 4 times in the last 10 days to ask what has happened to the stats, without reply. On the payment page my BACS amount was there, now it shows zero. A load of sales have gone missing from the Sales list report, but are present on the account summary. There have problems with Comet reporting since JULY. I really would like to have some confidence in the DGM system please.
