I have now officially given up with dmg. To find the simplest bit of info takes me about half an hour to find in the system.

Is that the way it was designed?

lol I officially didn't even start with them since they changed over.. never put any volume of note via them previously but never put a dime through it since

it's as though 20 people with degrees got together and said "how can we complicate this and burn millions on this project"

hope other networks have learned from dgm's mistakes though.. and I do hope dgm get back on track.. not good for anyone if affiliate marketing shrinks in depth and choice in any way etc.

Being honest, If one of my project managers came up with something so complicated and un-user friendly, he would not have a job anymore and possibly his/her team for not having the guts to say anything to the project manager.

Have to say that now I use it practically every day so know where to find the things I need I don't find it any easier or harder to use than any other networks interface - the only thing which is a pain is the delay sometimes before a link goes live and the reports can be a little quirky at times but for all the day to day things it's fine.

Log in to any other affiliate system and it tells you on the front screen how much is "in your account". After some time on the DGM system I still cannot find out. I have just given up on it now.

Interesting to see how many merchants are now leaving DGM and moving elsewhere.
