Michelle's responded to a couple of similar points you raised this week and it has been escalated - we know it's an issue that we need to resolve.

Just on Sainsbury's Bank (as it falls within my remit), it is a closed program but you asked to be signed up for it, hence why you were able to access links.

Thanks as always Kevin. Re Sainsburys, I didn't think we were in the program group, must be almost a year ago now cos we didn't have a landing page ready for you. But let's hope the other confusion can be sorted for network wide programs.

We're confident the majority of issues have been sorted re. old links being available.

There were some specific cases mentioned that do not apply to all affiliates (availability of Sainsbury's Banks links) but you should see some additional improvements in a few weeks time with the status of all campaigns made clearer.
