Therefore, the following commission structure is as follows:

Base Tier = 12%
Sales above £450 = 13%
Sales above £1400 = 14%
Sales above £2950 = 15%
Sales above £4500 = 16%
Sales above £7000 = 17%

Furthermore the below Cash Bonus Structure is also in place!!
