Comet Launches New Site - Temporary removal of deep links

Dear Affiliate,

With Comets new site launching this week please be aware that the On-site search pages will be suspended from 2pm on Tuesday 3rd October 2006.

Therefore, if you are currently deep linking to any onsite search pages, then all your links should be removed by this time.

All other links e.g. URLs to department homepages, sub-category pages, content, collections and promotions will not work in the new site. We recommend that you take these links down on the evening of 3rd October and replace with new links once the new site is live.

Please be aware that compensation will not be paid to those affiliates driving traffic to a dead link. Therefore, can you please make sure that this is done.

Communication will be sent out when the new site is Live.

Additionally if you have any queries or would like a PowerPoint presentation detailing what you can and can't do under this new format or the new link generator please e-mail the account manager.
