Put the kettle on this is one big rant!

OK, I don’t want to bang on about old news but I feel like DGM/DGMPro/Fule or whoever they want to brand themselves as today have handled their purge in an unprofessional manor and have conducted themselves very unprofessionally.

The reason this has come about was after an email sent by the network (DGM/DGMPro/Fule????) to all affiliates I presume, which has been brought to my attention.

    The email reads as follows...

We would like to thank you for all the hard work that you have put into this campaign.

In the meantime we kindly request that you take down any links you may be using by 10th November 2006.

There is a 45 day cookie on this campaign therefore all validated sales will be paid for until 25th December 2006.

Please log in to dgmPRO to join any of our related advertisers.
The main point of frustration of this email for is the part in bold font.

Betfred actually terminated our contract with DGM as the network was underachieving, I formally gave DGM 1 months notice as per our signed agreement with the expected end date including 45 day cookie period being the 31st December 2006. I felt that this would give the affiliates plenty of time to adjust their sites and also provide DGM with sufficient notice.

Later that afternoon, DGM decide to email me giving Betfred and affiliate 10 days notice plus cookie, WTF?

I feel that the whole matter has been dealt with extremely unprofessionally and you have yet again put yourself in a bad light reducing confidence even further.

Personally, our account went unmanaged by DGM so far to say that we were unable to update any banners or affiliate content as our account manager had left and we had not been informed. For those of you wondering why you may still be seeing World Cup banners there is your answer. Emails going to our non-existent account manager were not being forwarded to anyone else or being checked on a regular basis, I wonder if this happened to anyone else?

Sorry to air this in public DGM/Fule but I had to get it off my chest!

P.S. When is FulePro coming out?

Doesn't sound very fair for them to have done that. Certainly gives the wrong impression.

Certainly not inspiring for them as a network though.

What you need is a cream egg bar to go with a nice cup of coffee.

You missed off UKAffiliates on your list
    (UKAffiliates/DGM/DGM2/DGMPro/Fuel?) any more? dunno

Certainly sounds pretty unprofessional to me.

That is out of order, but typical DGM.

I dont have a good word to say about them. Every time i have had dealing with them it has left a sour taste in my mouth.

I dont understand why people still do business with DGM, when there are so many more professional networks out there.
