DGM Affiliates - 1.3 beta release

DGM Affiliates is delighted to announce the beta launch of our new Messaging area as part of the ongoing developments to dgmPro.

Developed with your needs in mind, the Messaging area allows you to communicate directly with your advertisers. Share knowledge and ideas, optimise campaign performance and reinforce your ongoing working relationships.

• Open and direct communication between you and your advertisers

• Campaign-specific or generic messaging options

• Messaging categories for issue specific messages and alerts

• Email alerts sent directly to your registered email address

• Archive all messages indefinitely

• Bulletin board for each of your campaigns: discuss and share knowledge with your advertisers and fellow affiliates to optimise campaign performance.

Can you explain how the 1-2-1 bit works - I can only see a button to contact DGM, I can't see one to contact an individual merchant unless I'm being blind.

Hi Keith,

As an affiliate you are able to reply to an advertiser but cannot initiate contact. We felt, that instead of an advertiser being bombarded with messages from hundreds of different affiliates, that the bulletin board system would be a better medium for this type of communication.

We will, of course, be canvassing feedback from both advertisers and affiliates over the next few weeks with a view to further improving the messaging system so please, everyone, feel free to comment on how you find the usability and functions included.
