    Dear Affiliate

BT Tradespace launches exclusively with dgmAffiliates!

Customers can promote their business for FREE with BT Tradespace.

    What is BT Tradespace?
It's a new online community from BT created with small businesses in mind. With the emergence of the 'social web' it's becoming increasingly important for businesses to have conversations with existing and prospective customers online. BT Tradespace has been built to power those conversations and help you unleash the marketing power of the web with ease and speed and most importantly, cost-effectively.

What can it do for your business?
You can build a personalised profile, upload photographs and start blogging and podcasting in minutes about the goods and services your company offers. There's no worrying about web hosting or buying a domain because we do all that for you. And best of all it's free. We've also optimised the site to be attractive to search engines so you can start attracting internet searchers.

    Getting Started
    Choose Your Web Address
You need to express a preference and choose a web address. Make sure you choose the name you want and be careful to avoid spelling mistakes because it can take some time to correct an error made at this stage of the process.
    Describe Your Business
Once you have entered all your contact details, you'll need to tell the world about your business. Describe who you are, what you're doing and what you can offer to potential customers. Be fun and personal.
    Search Terms
After you've described your business, you have the opportunity to help the search engines understand what your BT Tradespace is about. Fill this field with words associated with your business, what you sell or the service you offer. Don't forget to include where you're based and other terms with people might enter into search engines.

Making the Most of Your Tradespace
Once your Tradespace has been established you can use it in lots of different ways:
    Blogging
One of the most powerful tools at your disposal is your blog. A blog is an online diary or journal that other people can read and for marketing purposes you can use it to record your news and views. Record what's been happening and the latest developments and promotions of your business.
    Pictures
Lively, colourful images bring your Tradespace to life. It's easy to up load them from your Tradespace manager. Store your digital images somewhere on your computer where you can easily find them and then simply follow the instructions to upload them. Make sure your give your pictures useful, easy to understand titles.

    How's Your Tradespace Performing?
Check out how your Tradespace is performing. If you want to know how many people have been looking at your Tradespace, how many business card requests you've had or how many Ratings or Reviews you've had click on the 'View Site Statistics' button in the Tradespace manager.

    Campaign information

    Hi guys

Unfortunately, BT have an exclusive contract with DGM, of which the people at Tradespace were unaware.

We have been asked to close the Tradespace programme with immediate effect, but we are currently trying to negotiate a respectable notice period, to give affiliates ample time to switch their links. The programme has now been hidden on Affiliate Window so new affiliates can only join the DGM version.

Once Simon Swan has confirmed the notice period, which will be subject to DGM's approval, we will email all affiliates to inform them.

In the meantime, I would like to thank all the affiliates who have worked on the programme through Affiliate Window and apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused as a result of this.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    Kind regards

    Hi everyone,

I can infact confirm what Adam has said. dgmAffiliates have an exclusivity clause with BT and as such the BT Tradespace affiliate campaign has moved over to dgmAffiliates today.

All links and banners are available for you to download from dgmPro but if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact either myself or Nicky Applegarth.

    Kind regards,

    Jen
