Could the multiple, prominent and animated telephone number be removed when following the affiliate link ?
Hi there,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this. This is an issue that we did raise prior to launch with the client.
Their reasoning for not developing an affiliate specific landing page without the phone number is as follows:
"MYA currently run a large scale focused online/offline campaign building brand awareness with strong calls to action to capture those genuinely interested in cosmetic surgery. The volume of people who call rather than complete an online form is modest and does not warrant at this stage building separate landing pages. This is to such an extent that most people responding to offline adverts with much more prominent freephone call to actions chose to come via the web channel and complete a form. A fair CPA rate was agreed to allow for any affiliate ‘losses’ as a result of prospective patients calling MYA. MYA will of course monitor and review this to ensure that it is fair to all"
I hope this clears things up?
Kind regards,
Matt

Now MYA is closed on DGM are they going to another network?
Hi everyone,
MYA have unfortunately been affected by some affiliates carrying out fraudulent transactions using contact details that are false.
As a result the campaign has to be suspended until such a time as this new security is in place.
Presently we are unable to give an exact timeframe of when our affiliates will be able to resume the campaign; however we are hoping it will not be too long.
I will keep you updated on this.however please feel free to contact me if you want to discuss it further - elena.magana@dgm-uk.com or 0207 943 4272.
Kind regards,
Elena Magana
