Is the migration complete yet as it says February on the website but gives no exact date. Thanks
Dear Affiliates,
As you are no doubt aware, we are currently in the process of migrating over the JD Williams catalogues that were previously on CJ.
We have developed a site that explains everything that you need to know about the migration. Please see here for more information.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact myself or Sheenu.
Kind regards,
Matt

Hi,
The migration strategy is not complete yet. We are still working on integrating and testing the catalogues that are moving over from CJ.
As soon as this is complete we will be announcing the launch of the new catalogues so watch this space.........
Thanks,
Matt

Silly me, reading that the catalogues were going live in February and its now february and the links are in place on DGM with "campaign active" written next to them i was foolish enough to put the links up.
guess what, 2k of commission has suddenly been deleted from my account for sales on these new catalogues, looks like the tracking is working.
Not Happy!![]()
Hi there,
Apologies for the confusion that has been caused by the migration of the CJ catalogues.
When we put together the holding page for the campaign we tried to make it clear that while the new catalogues were being integrated and tested, affiliates would see sales for the campaign but these would not be paid out on until the catalogues had officially launched on the network.
"Please note that no commissions will be awarded on sales until they are officially launched on the network, despite them being tracked during the testing period."
The links for the new catalogues have been set up with Ambrose Wilson creative and also direct to Ambrose Wilson site. The campaign has been set up to cross track so that we can analyse where the original click took place and where the actual sale was made.
For example:
A click could be made on an Ambrose Wilson banner which would direct a visitor to the Ambrose Wilson site. They could then click to go from Ambrose Wilson to one of the catalogues that we are currently migrating (Simply Be, Viva la Diva etc) where a sale would be made. In this instance, the click would be registered to Ambrose Wilson but the sale would be attributed to Simply Be. We will not be paying out on these sales until the catalogues are fully launched which has been communicated to affiliates.
I hope that this clears things up but if you have any queries can you please contact myself or Sheenu who will be more than happy to help.
Kind regards,
Matt

Good luck on the rest of the migration, but to add a little more work your way. Is there any chance of a better selection of banners for the individual 'brands' as most of the programs have banners from Ambrose Wilson on.
I would esp like 120x60's
Ta
Hi Barry,
We are waiting on the creative for all of the catalogues that are migrating over to the network.
In the meantime, to allow affiliates to get their links in place we have set up all of the creative categories to display Ambrose Wilson banners and direct through to Ambrose Wilson (which is our top performing catalogue).
As soon as we are sent over the creative for the new catalogues and the correct landing pages, these will be updated at our end so that they are automatically updated on affiliate sites.
Creative for each catalogue will be provided in a range of sizes so there will definitely be 120x60's for each catalogue for you![]()
If you have any other questions about the migration of this campaign, please feel free to contact myself or Sheenu.
Thanks,
Matt

Nice one.

As we are now at the end of February is there a firm date when the migration of all the JD Williams catalogues to DGM will be finalised?
Hi
As Matt says the migration strategy has taken a little longer than expected to implement, test and get live however the good news is that we will have 4 sites live on Monday, with a further 3 available on Wednesday and the remainder by the end of next week.
Apologies for the delay to this however we have been working very hard with DGM in order to ensure that the revised program offers you a better service than our previous program across 2 networks.
We previously mentioned that commissions would not be paid on the migrating until the site was live and the reason for this was to ensure all testing was accurate.
Benefits of teh new program to affiliates includes:
- Ability to deep link
- New microsite with campaign details, brand profiles, email creative etc
- Updated sites with fresher navigation
- Greater use of incentive and voucher codes
- Ability to track new vs existing customer (mid March)
- Ability to feed back individual affiliate info re credit fails and returns
- Fresher Spring creative for new season
I hope this serves as an introduction to what we hope will be a welcome addition to your current campaigns and we are all looking forward to getting these sites live starting from Monday - when all links will be updated for relevant sites.
If you have any questions please feel free to camm Matt, Sheen or myself directly.
Regards
Dominic Smith
