I would just like to make you all aware that the first set of JD Williams deletions have taken place between 1st - 14th March 2008. These deletions encounter for sales that have either
(1) been returned to JD Williams within the 28 Day return policy or
(2) where the customer has initially failed the credit check and therefore not completed the transaction to successfully order online.
We will now begin validating the JD Williams sales within those weeks (1st - 14th March 2008) so you can expect to start seeing these sales being approved in your account shortly.
We will be keeping a very close eye on the deletion rate for the JDW campaign and will even be monitoring the deletion rate across the individual catalogues. JDW and DGM will therefore be working together and with the affiliates to minimise this as much as possible over the coming months.
