Does Matt Bailey still work for DGM - sent a number of emails regarding missing transactions & not received one reply although have received read replies?
It might be prudent to ask the original question again.

I always get a reply from Matt - usually the same day but always by the end of the next day - check his emails aren't going into your spam folder by mistake.

Keith - Matt Bailey has left the building. I'd have thought DGM would have said something by now as he is (or was) one of the most respected and well liked members of staff there.
I've not been around for a few days but a big THANK YOU to Matt as he sorted my problem out very promptly indeed once I managed to get hold of him.
Seems the email address I had for him was an old one.
