I have decided to think about selling my website should a suitable offer come in

Site ranks on page one of google for a few keywords and all traffic comes from this

The site gets approx 100 unique visits per month

Site been live since april 2009

The site is easy to update each banner simply go to banner 1.2.3 etc and enter the code then update

The site has enhanced commission from some affiliates which I wil transfer over.

I just dont have the knowledge or time to give this a good go, its really a hobby. I have spent due to upgrades, naivety over £2500 on this site

I am open to offers, to be realistic looking for less than half what I originally paid

So far the site has earned approx £120 so far

With know how & time this site could do really well

    PM any questions & offers

    Thanks

Hi, am I missing some part of the site? All I can see if an iframe of just-eat shoved in it, and a few pages of about us, privacy etc which are framed content from findthatmenu.co.uk

    What are you selling?
Have you already paid the 10% of site income = £12 to Cancer Research?

    Thanks

No I've made the donation yet, I was going to do this after 12 months.

You get which is the main site

No doubt the more experienced ones on here could a site like that in 10 mins but not everyone is an expert website builder and want to start

Any buyer gets the full FTP access. Domains etc
This site I think is a good place to start, I've already had other companies asking if they can sponsor it and or advertise.

    Anyway any questions pm me

    Thanks

I dont know if you know or not, but having merchants website opened within an iframe on your own website is considered "illegal" in the affiliate industry as it drops a cookie on the visitors computer without them actually clicking onto the affiliate link. I'd rather suggest you to take it off in order to avoid suspension from affiliate network/merchants program.

Hope it helps. Apart from that, I think that you are expecting way too much for the domain name and website as most of the newbie am'ers uses wordpress as their primary weapon. Anyways, all the best.

P.S - It might also cause reversal of any/all commission generated using the same iframe, if the network/merchant changes their mind.
