I want to buy a website business in the uk, regualr income

I did post this thread a couple of days ago, went to moderation but nothing.
I'm interested in buying a up and running website, a few pages that generate income via affiliates and google ads.

The site must be a co.uk or com and registered to a person/s in the uk.

I will need evidence re proof of income.

The site needs to be realtively easy to look after.

Hiya,
A bit surprised about no one trying their sales pitch.
I have looked at the American 'Turnkey' sites, and for a few hundred dollars, they promise anything from 200 to sky's the limit returns. In my books, too good to be true.
Then you get those that purport to sell up and running websites, but once there you will note they want to sell you their ready made website but it is not an up and running business.

has anyone bought a up and running site and made regular income without too much effort?

I've looked hard, very hard but can only find sites that perport to sell up and running with income sites, but its just a quick quid for them.

I've had a couple of pm's and thanked both people but the site must have a history, running costs proof, and earning with history evidence.

If the right site comes up, i have some ability to make a site, I will then need to buy via a trusted source, Sedo/ebay/etc.

Loans, mortgages, diy, cars, may consider others, but need up and running site with earnings history, and running costs and easy to manage,
