I'm considering selling my Spread Betting site, purely due to the fact i'm focussing on other projects abd i'm not able to spend enough time updating it as I would like.

The domain is www.sports-spread-betting.co.uk - PR4 - and is no1 in MSN and Yahoo for the term 'sports spread betting' , no2 in Yahoo for 'spread betting' plus is well ranked for a host of other spread betting terms in both Yahoo and MSN. At the moment though, Google aren't keen!

It currently generates between £500 - £1000 per month, with no outgoings and has been live for around 18 months. Income comes from both new accts and a rev share arrangement.

There is potential to substantially improve earnings for anyone with a bit of time to keep the site regularly updated.

I'm looking for figure in excess of £10K
