What sort of value would you put on this Domain Name?

Hi All,

I currently own www.hizs.com and can't decide wether to develop it or sell the name. There's not much content on there at the moment, and I'm yet to decide what route to go down.

Any ideas what sort of value a name like this has, and how much interest there would be to buy it?

Just FYI your website has been identified by IE7 phishing filter as a 'suspicious website'

Value could be upwards of £50 .

Four letter names are in over reg fee demand, however the worse the letters the worse the price so the 'Z' hits this abit.

I have seen names such as these being touted as 'pronounceable' ie. his ! However thats not really my cup of tea.

As with most things - if there is a motivated buyer who really wants the name then the sky is the limit, but you could be a long long time waiting for them .
