For Sale Greyhound Racing Website

I am considering selling dogtrack.co.uk & dog-track.co.uk if I get the right offer. I am thinking of selling the site as I have other sites which take up a lot more time, if the right offer is on the table for this I will part with it.

I registered the hyphenated domain in Dec 2003 and got the dogtrack.co.uk domain to go with it in Jan 2004. The site has been live since then.

It currently has text advertising for totesport, a banner for bluesq and text link ads on the front page.

This year it has averaged 11,500 unique visitors a month, it ranks no.3 on Google for greyhound racing and does well for greyhound stadiums etc. It is listed in DMOZ for /Games/Gambling/Sports/Racing/Dog_Racing/ I will provide full statistics to any seriously interested parties.

I haven't developed the site at all in at least a year, there is plenty of room for expanding the site, but it also runs just fine as it is and somebody may want it to add to their betting sites portfolio.

As you know Chris, the serious negotiations for a sale go on via PM & email.

I initially posted it in the domain appraisal section at Acorn Domains, as I hadn't decided to part with the site.

I have now had to move the discussion on to the developed websites for sale section as the two are quite different. The new thread is here.
