Well, its got Adsense and other affiliate banners, they can pretty much say whatever they want, based on finance/loans etc. The site is just being used to generate traffic for Adsense and affiliate banners at the moment, not really offering any service yet.

Anywayz... the site has only been worked on for SEO for 2 months and just recently achevied half decent rankings and being Christmas time, NO, the site is not generating leads at the moment. But, the keywords are pretty good and someone in the IVA/debt management business could benefit from the keywords.

Again, nothing major, below are the stats for November, 914 hits in November, and if you see December report you can see the site has ranked very well on alot of keywords in December. The sites ranking is constantly improving.

Not a bean! is the short answer....

As I have said before why sell it? when you could actually work it and make more from it.
If the site was in the right hands it could quite easily be worth £2k+ .. However, it needs a fair bit of work and current value is probably £100-£200.

In one post you say your going to work it with PPC and then your posting in this forum to try and sell it.. Make your mind up. Your either in or out? Your either committed or your not?

With only a half hearted approach to business you will not succed. Only with 100% committment can you achieve 100% success.

Worth thinking about.

So if it doesn't make any money then you're trying to sell a free wordpress template? Do you have any air and water for sale too while you're at it? Just realised this thread is 2 years old. Serves me right for doing a search I guess.
