Website For Sale with quality domain name

I would like to sell maleincontinence .co.uk. Had it for about 3 months now. It is number 3 in Google for male incontinence. Unfortunately I have not put the time and effort in it to monotenise it well and it has only earned about £30 via Google Adsense and the Blushing Buyer programme on Affiliate Window. If the new owner could work on getting more traffic then it would do well as I have had clicks paying up to $2 via adsense.
Traffic has also increased each month:
Feb - 23 uniques
Mar - 48 uniques
Apr - 66 uniques
May - 99 uniques
June - 16 uniques so far

It is a quality domain name and something a lot of men search for and due to the embarrassment factor will definitely be more likely to buy products online.

I would like a very reasonable £250 (offers considered for a quick sale)

well it certainly qualifies as a niche I guess, would be huge in the USA but maybe worth £2 a month for a year to recover the cost of the domain
