I purchased a domain Health and Fitness advice :: Main Page just under two years ago and have done nothing with it until recently when i attached a blog to it.
Due to limited time i am probably not going to have enough time to build the project but Google has given it a PR2.
Would anyone guess how this would be worth as it is?
Yes, people will pay more for a site if it has a good Google ranking.
I would say between £75 - £100 is about right on the basis of Google PR2.
I would not regard the domain itself as valuable - there are too many words in it so too many other possible combinations of these words that could be registered.

It's totally subjective tbh. I wouldnt pay a penny for it. PR2 just means that google will assign some value to any links going from your site to another one. It tells us nothing about how well it ranks and for what keywords.
Id also go further and say the actual name is neither here nor there too, the only question a potential health shop owner should ask is - where does it rank for "health shop" (and other appropriate examples)? If it's page 9 zillion then it's not really much of a head start is it! On page 1 and its worth quite a bit.
There are plenty of people out there who assign high value to PR though and are unaware that creative people can still register domain names that will work. Personally Id only assign value to established traffic and ranking. Name and PR alone don't really represent any "work". I can give a site good PR just by linking from my existing sites. Doesnt mean it will shoot to the top of the rankings. Sadly !
But find someone who thinks differently and you could grab £100. Who knows.
