It looks like Adsense are rolling out local currency reporting to EU countries (but not yet the UK):

However, take a look at these lines:

The party that publishers are contracting with changes from Google Inc. to Google Ireland Limited.
Publishers are responsible for paying any local taxes in their jurisdiction. Google will only issue VAT refunds to publishers with an address in Ireland.
I don't understand the full scope of this, but I thought it was worth a heads up in case anyone signs the new agreement (if you are one of the Euro countries) without reading the new TOS.
