Which online payment service pays the quickest

Am setting up a affiliate scheme and need to know firstly which payment service i should use? I have used Paypal and for software products it takes 90 days to receive your money.
Not too good on the old cash flow.
secondly do the affiliates take payment once the funds have cleared for us ie if using paypal it would take 90days.
I doubt many affiliates work to these timescales.
Please can you give me some of your expertise to help me out

It takes 90 days to receive your money from Paypal?

I use e-junkie affiliate for themes/templates and it seems to be the norm with most developers - it goes through paypal also.
