Keith at HRBS has provided me with accountancy services for nearly 18 months now and I have been extremely impressed with his service. He is efficient and deals with things quickly. He works extensively online and is a great guy to have on-hand. I've bounced plenty of ad-hoc questions at him about VAT, accountancy/book keeping and tax planning and he is always eager to assist. Even better than that, since I began working with him Keith has been really pro-active in suggesting ways that I could be operating more tax efficiently.

One thing that is particularly good with Keith is that he specialises in affiliate marketing-based companies. He knows many of the affiliate networks, understands their payment cycles and knows when things go belly up with their invoicing.

Accountants are expensive, and until 18 months ago I always considered them a luxury. It's been fantastic working with HRBS and I can't imagine having to go back to muddling my way through my own taxes. If only I could find a solicitor who is as online-savvy..

Yep, have used Keith for years now on both a personal and business accounts level and exceptionally happy with his service, knowledge and ability to assist in every question I have. He also proved himself initially by saving me more money than I paid him, and this stands true to this day. I can wholeheartedly recommend.

Cant fault him, i started with him when i was a sole trader, since then i have gone VAT registered and now Limited Company, he made it so simple and knows AM which is a big bonus.

The last thing i wanted was an accountant that said "Affiliate Marketing, whats that?"

I've only changed to Keith earlier this year - but he did assist me even before taking me on officially!
I send everything by email which means it's loads less effort for me, and he's quick to chase me up for more information when I miss things off - and that's essential for keeping everything in order.
It's a personal service which is fantastic and what I think is best.
He came highly recommended and has been efficient and great value!

I've been using Keith's services for a few months now and I cannot recommend him highly enough - and he's not paying me or giving me a discount for saying this. Yet..

Apart from him being a nice guy, the main advantage is that he knows the industry inside out, down to what specific report you need to run in a network to get the info he needs.

My accounts have gone from a bit of a hassle to hardly any fuss at all. Good times.

Keith has been doing our accounts for about 18 months now.

I decided to switch when some questions arose due to our business income increasing substantially and it became clear that my existing accountant, whom I had been with for about 15 years since becoming self employed as a freelance writer, didn't have much of a clue about affiliate businesses. Keith answered my questions here and as a result of that we decided to use his services, and it is a move we have not regretted.

I must be a terrible client to put up with, being a student im not very organised, invoices,papers,tax forms etc are all over the place here in my student house and at home.
But Keith puts up with me and is brilliant! Before keith the accountant I went to didn't know what AM was and it was such an effort to explain, Keith knows exactly what he's on about.

Keith @ HRBS has been handling our accounts for about the last 3 years now and we've been very impressed with his service - he handles our payroll, PAYE, book-keeping, tax and pretty much every other financial aspect for us. He's very knowlegeable and always happy to explain matters in more depth when needed.

I can't recommend HRBS enough, and finding someone who is so familiar with the industry has been a massive benefit to us - not least in saving me a great deal of time in explaining it to someone with less knowledge of affiliate marketing. Keith has managed to make the one aspect of running a business that I used to pretty much loathe very straightforward indeed and at a reasonable price - and in truth he's probably saved us quite a bit more than he's cost us!

Can't agree more with all the recommendations above.

Keith's been doing my accounts for the last 2 and a half years and has probably saved me more than his overall costs throughout that time.

He oversaw the move from sole trader to limited company which I undertook at his advice and was definitely the right thing to do.

Can't imagine doing what I do now without an accountant that knows all the ins and outs of affiliate marketing, it's freed to me up to do what I do best and now spend minimal time on the financial and form filling side of things.

I'd definitely recommend HRBS, I approached Keith from reading some recommendations on here and it's one of the best business decisions I've made.

Another thumbs up from me! I've been a client of HRBS/Keith for a few years now and he's always done a great job - I don't think you're going to get a better accountant for someone who deals with affiliate marketing.
