Has anyone considered doing this?

Keeping your money from affiliate marketing offshore in a low tax company but remaining in the UK?

Is there any point doing this if you intend to pay yourself and of course pay personal tax in the UK?

Accountancy fees offshore are much cheaper so perhaps there is a reason to do this, or if you ever decide to move abroad you can then pay yourself in a new country with their tax?

there are plenty of laws related to this practice. You need to look at laws for company registration country, domicile and tax status.
From my understanding if your not where the company is you personally wont benefit by the practice. I think its only worth it if your talking big money and its worth you going with it.

I would advise talking to a tax specilist as there are other things you can do to reduce your tax liability
