Trademark Attorney advice

Hi guys,

I'm looking for someone who would be able to advise me on a couple of questions I have regarding registering a trademark for a website I am starting. Also if anyone knows of a good TM attorney/firm that is dare I say it, 'good value for money' - any help appreciated!

I was searching for trademarks at ipo.gov.uk and I just happened to notice a firm that had registered a European Trademark. I have not used this firm myself, just from my trademark search I know it's something they do. Anyway, they're called FR Kelly, Dublin based, and their website is frkelly.com. I'm sure they could answer your questions but I don't know what their charges would be like.

I'd be interested to hear if anyone has recommendations too.

It might also be worth asking over at acorndomains.co.uk.

Try Barker Brettell they are very good and have reasonable prices.
