    Hi guys,

    I know that there's a fair amount of info from Google but I wanted some advice/opinions from you.

    I'm starting up an online business (money generated via Ads etc) and wonder what the main advantages/disadvantages to becoming a LTD are?

    Also, how exactly do expenses work - can I subtract the total amount of the business goods/services paid for from the amount I owe the tax man?
