Hello everyone, My name is Thomas and am new to the site, currently in the process of putting the finishing touches to my Debt Collection Company.

Me and my partner have registered the company name so I suppose it is an unincorporated partnership at the moment.

My question is this, for an unincorporated partnership the cost £970 but if it was just one of us running the business it is £400 and something pounds. If one of us applied and paid the £400 price would this not allow the other to work under that license? I mean surely there is no way that the OFT can check that there will be another person chasing the debt along with the applicant of the license. Is this not the case?
