I don't believe so.
I am VAT registered in the UK.
I earn some US$ commissions through Commission Junction. Commission Junction then convert this to £ss and pay me.
Do I have to include this on the EC Sales list due to the payment being paid by CJ?
Cheers

Matthew is correct, if the sales were generated in the US you are not liable for vat on them. However, if the sales were generated in the UK but you happen to get paid in $USD then you are liable for VAT and it should be included in your return.
Bit more info on this here: HM Revenue & Customs: Foreign currency transactions and VAT
I checked the self billing invoice and it is billed to ValueClick International Limited Ireland with an Irish VAT number. Therefore I put it on the EC Sales list.
Thanks for the replies anyway.
Where did you get the self billing invoice from?
Despite being a very reliable payer - They haven't sent me one for nearly a year and I can never find anywhere to download one in the interface.
