I am fed up with having to pay bank charges for USD payments and then get hit with costs for paying US suppliers (such as my WPP) in USD.

I pay most US suppliers now via PayPal as they offer the best exchange rate/charges however I still get hit by a GBP/USD exchange rate.

Ideally I would like to get my US earnings paid into Paypal in USD enabling me to pay out in USD.

Has anyone found a way to do this?

Most Merchants/Networks insist upon a Routing Number along with a bank account number which Paypal does not have thus I was thinking of either a factoring agent who would pay me via paypal or some other way to get the money into Paypal?

    Regards,
    Renners.

For my old company I used to have payment in multiple currencies, so it is possible. I will warn you it makes accounting more complicated. Another alternative is to have a USD bank account, most banks will offer you one for your business depending on how much you transfer through it a month.
