    Hi I am busy getting together my expenses, earnings etc for 2004/05 to give to my accountant. This is my first year as a 'business' and so its a little new to me.

    Is there a good, basic piece of software out there that I can use to do this?

    excel

    it's quick.. it's simple.. it rarely crashes or breaks.. it's free.. and it makes your accountant still earn their money as it's not allready done and dusted in the same program he uses which means he still has do get his paperwork chimp to do some work

    Is there a good template for Excel available?? Or something around I could use for excel?
