CJ UK to pay VAT from 1st October

"We are now migrating ownership of all publishers in the Commission Junction ("CJ") Network who have identified themselves as being based in United Kingdom (having a physical address in United Kingdom) to ValueClick Europe..... One of the changes includes the collection and payment of Value Added Taxes (VAT) pursuant to European Union law. In this regard, please ensure that your account information remains updated with your VAT number."

i earn very little from CJ so no major impact here. how is this going to affect you guys?

Online invoicing would be a step in the right direction also. Hate doing VAT returns when CJ are on them.
