Lost Company Records

I have a limited company which has been dormant for the past few years.
I am just starting it up again but now realise that I have lost the company records (list of directors, director's interests, AGM minutes etc. etc.). I know most of the info which has been lost.

Does anyone know what I should do?
Should I inform Companies House.


Any help gratefully received.

Hi Ray

Companies House will have details of company secretary, directors, debentures, mortgages/charges, shareholders etc which you can obtain. Presumably you have the incorporation documents?
HMRC should also have company details.
Is the company about to start trading? If so, you will need to inform HMRC and open a bank account and if applicable, start a PAYE scheme and register for VAT.
