HRBS - Anyone use them?

Hi,

I'm considering using affiliate-marketing-specialists.com - professional, pro-active fixed fee accounting and taxation services to the affiliate marketing industry which is run by Keith who posts under the name HRBS.

He's provided some excellent insight and advice to people over the past year and tbh adds real value to this community.... However I'm changing my accountants and am too much of a cynic to take them at face value, so........Does anyone here use HRBS and can you recommend them??

Hi Tom,

Yes, like yourself I was impressed with Keith's advice on the forum so decided to go with him earlier this year. He recently completed my first tax return and all went pretty smoothly and was always available to answer any questions.

I really should know more about my finances but can't quite get my head around it all yet so my opinion doesn't carry much weight on the financial side of things but my dad's a retired accountant and was happy with what Keith produced.

I'll add that i've used Keith (hrbs) for some time now, maybe touching on a year and the service has been outstanding. Keith helped me understand the accountancy side of business, as i was new to it all, and continues to help me whenever i have questions, no matter how trivial.

Keith controlled my accounts when i was a sole trader, and again when i became a limited company, since then we've also introduced vat registration without any problems. His understanding of the industry is sound, and ability to find loopholes and improved ways of working excellent, he's not only been worth the money he charges, but has probably saved me more in tax then i've paid him.

Would highly recommend and glad i found him via this forum. If you have any specific questions you'd like to ask, post them here or drop me a PM.

I've used hrbs for just over a year now and I'm very happy with the service I used Keith to help with the transition from sole trader > Ltd co and continue with the accounting services.

I'd certainly recommend HRBS. I went through a few accountants before finally finding Keith and it's been such a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who actually has a sound understanding of the affiliate industry.

Hi guys,

I'm in Tom's position where I'm also considering using HRBS for my accounting services. I have been advised in the past to get a local accountant, so do you guys find that the lack of face-to-face meetings with HRBS is not a barrier?

Nope, i much prefer our email communication etc, but thats very much a personal thing and whether you like a hand-ons approach etc. I'm very happy with the arrangement in place.

I've never even used Keith, but his posts on here are excellent and add real value to a hard to navigate area
