Yep Lloyds too and very happy with them though the branches are very small round here and its easy to get a personal touch.

I once had a Natwest business account and after two months was informed that the only card I could have was a solo card. My definition of a solo card is that you will always feel alone if you have one because the only place I can find that takes them are McDonald's

    Will never use Natwest again!!

HSBC. They've been a complete shower so far.

Lied to me three times that my debit card had been despatched. Eventually made me go to the branch to request in person - can't be done over phone or online. Eventually received card, changed PIN, next time I used the card the PIN change hadn't worked.

Ditto, been with them over a year and very happy with them. And as has been mentioned, it's free.

Their online banking is a bit pants though, that's the only downside.

I use Natwest at the moment - Barry, when did you use Solo, as I never have a problem with it being accepted. All shops, paypal and Google adwords - not Yahoo & msn though

Happy with natwest 'cept they nick £38 off you if you go overdrawn...

    Natwest

Online banking etc fine but gave up trying to get a debit card when I saw a 15 page form, a guarantee letter, almost £100 admin charge and the need to see the account manager.
