I'm currently a sole trader and would like to become a Limited company. Can anyone recommend an accountant in Cheshire? One that not just does the accounts, but has an understanding of matters concerning affiliates and that can also help save me tax?

I use an accountant in Cornwall but he can do accounts for anyone anywhere in the country and is very reasonable in price.
