    Does anyone know if using a dedicated server physically in the USA creates a taxable presence requiring our company to register with the IRS and pay taxes etc. as if we were in the US?

    We are looking into renting a dedicated US server serving the US market so trying to find out what the implications are.

    Any help would be gratefully recieved.
