I don't think anyone is worried that the call centres are in India, it just so happens that most of the more spam like postings have come from what looks like an Indian call centre operation. Certainly the emails / enquiries I get through my sites offering their services are 99% call centre operations from India (and I
am not interested where ever they are based )
Where I have an issue is call centre generated finance leads. Yes there can be perfectly valid ways of using call centres in an unobtrusive way just this is an internet marketing forum and the audience is mainly for internet based and generated enquiries and flow. Hence a lot of people get very irritated with people trying to 'push' their product which may be in the same industry, it is a completely different medium.
You may get some luck and your post/bump implies you may have done as there are a lot of finance brokers / companies / people who lurk on these forums and you may get interest, though this is still a very untargeted audience for you.
If you do have web generated leads filled out by the customer then you will probably be flooded with interest from the many people that endlessly post here offering to buy or sell leads
