Need 15k of debt or more with 3 or more creditors,

We will pay £400 on completion.

If they fail for the criteria for IVA and go for a debt management we will pay a % of the commission we receive. We are able to complete the IVA process application, etc within 4 weeks.

We pay £600 upon agreement by the customer, not on completion. We pay out within 10 days so you don't have to wait 2-3 months for the IVA to complete (thats how long it takes to draft the IVA dependant on county court admin, correct paperwork and/or if the customer is self employed)

Having drafted many IVAs myself, I have a very good understanding of the process. Having run my own Debt Management company for 3 years, I understand from an introducers point of view what you need in terms of update & payment terms

We also pay £75.00 on acceptance of a Debt Management Plan (DMP)
