These are 20% bottom end of the subprime market and are of historical nature going back 3 months. They are being sold for mailing purposes only and are a mixed bag of both Homeowner & Non Homeowner loan declines.

The 100,000 records can not be split and are available in bulk buy only @ 5K. At 5p a record, all these leads will be cleaned and software validated for the purchaser to ensure deliverability on each record.
