  Debt management & IVA compliance

Could a DM or IVA expert please clarify for me:

If you are generating DM/IVA leads on your own website, is it a legal FSA requirement to inform the customer which company their details are being sent to?

If so, does it have to be done before or after the applicant clicks 'submit'?

Thanks,

Mike

Hi Mike

Quick answer No

But it will always help your merchant if the customer is informed..

with regards to requirements, beiing registered with the OFT and Data protection is always good aswell
