weebly wordpress etc

Given that the Green Cross Code is alll I ever learned and that HTML code and other web design software seems beyond my grasp, does anyone have an opinion on designing sites using weebly/basic wordpress etc.

Clearly these tools help the hard of thinking like myself - but would it be more beneficial to outsource basic design jobs rather than stick stuff up in these formats?

Any other tools out there worth looking at?

The great thing about WordPress is that there are 1000's of free themes you can download & personalise your blog with.

Simply start by choosing a host that allows easy one-click installation of WordPress, then browse through the themes available at Theme Viewer to find something that you like.

You can learn HTML as you go along. Everybody starts at the beginning - don't worry - you'll get there if you're willing to put in a bit of time.
