Cost per lead

We run a debt advice business which produces Individual Voluntary Arrangement, Debt Management and secured loans leads. The leads are generated by PPC activity. The leads we want to sell would be transferred in real time as we receive them (50 - 100 per day)

Can anyone point me towards a business which may be potentially interested in this type of lead basket. We are relaxed about whether to work on a combination of CPL / CPA or alternatively CPL basis only.

Can anyone also give me a steer on values for this type of basket assuming the basket produces about a 50% success rate in terms of packs out for IVA, DMP or secured opportunities.
