Fairly confident we could pass a load of dm opportunities to the right partner company - we consistently come accross clients unable to raise additional funds. Up to the hilt on cards etc.
We currently get about £200 per IVA/Trust deed and a percentage of the ongoing - but have to wait until it all completes - months and months.
Would be keen to look at being paid as soon as the client agrees to go ahead with it
rather than waiting - anyone know anyone who does this?

coming from a mortgage background - not entirely sure what counts as DM - but here is the scenario -
Call customer about remortgage/secured loan - but they either cannot due to LTV or poor credit.
Invariably they were looking to raise additional funds to consolidate unsecured stuff - at this point we explain that it might be worth looking at from a DM perspective as they are getting deeper in - invariably they agree.
We currently have a number of companies providing us with leads on this basis, we have certain criteria that these clients would need to meet before being referred over to us.
I would be more than happy to discuss referals in more detail with you.
