Through other business conducted I have acquired the following consumer database:

Contains in excess of 25 million records (based on the 2008 ER)
Numbers attached from the latest BT Osis
Guaranteed Homeowner flag from Land Registry (latest file)
Various other fields attached including Consumer CCJ information from Registry Trust

I currently use only <5% of the file for my purposes so I feel that it holds considerable wasted revenue. Therefor I would interested in hearing from people who may be interested in purchasing the database in its entirety.

I think that that laptop is probably well over seas by now!

My 25 Millions records is a circa count of my database which is this size as it's based upon the 2008 Electoral Roll.

I'm just wondering how you're able to re-sell the CCJ Registry Trust data considering the agreement when you buy from the register states;

"....The Buyer shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that none of the information shall be copied for resale nor shall the judgments or related information or any part of them be resold for any purpose whatsoever..."?

25 million records is the whole number of dwellings in the in England and Wales, only 14 million of them are home-owners, and then cross referencing it with the BT’s 23% of the market would mean.

You had 5,750,000 contactable (by phone) records, with 3,200,000 home-owners.

Contact costs would out-way any profit, even if the data was free, and legal.

27.4 million consumer postcodes in the UK to be exact, 8% change each year.

I would imagine that the 8% would drop significantly this year with the housing market as it is.

Having said that, repossessions will be up too!
