I have purchased a course on becoming a debt adviser, on purchasing the last module the seller is not answering my emails, i also looked up on the fair trades website and it states you need a consumer credit licence to trade as a debt adviser, is this true as the seller told me that you do not need a licence.

If you are not working under the umbrella of a company then yes you will need a CCL and also a data protection license. Anything else i am sure more knoweledgable people will tell you.

Thanks mate, sorted now with the person i purchased the course from, what a gentleman, i do go under an umbrella, and very helpful IP they are too, i am a bricklayer by trade but work is scarce at the moment, so if you need any tips or advise on planning or building questions, just ask, and there free, oh and by the way anyone in debt give me a call. :blush
