I want to begin running banner campaigns for a few products that I offer but would like some advice on the best way to go about it. I have the banners made with the code etc but would like to know:

* who are the best people to approach to ask if they would display my banner on their sites.
* what commission structures are common for banner campaigns ie on click through or on application and what sort of £'s.

Any other advice or comments would be appreciated.
