Can anyone help me out with the T&C's of a loan application fee?

As a ball park depending on which type of loan your arranging depends on if any fe can be charged upfront or on completion also again depending on what type of lead your working with depends on what you can charge.

(Not trying to teach anyone how to suck eggs etc etc)

Yes Loans may be right place but their business is not fair enough to be honest.Usually they deman leads validated in 24 hours .But Yes Loans approval rate is pathetic maxium on average 40% only.I will never recommend Yes Loans a good merchant to deal with

Yes loans are a broker not a lender, They have also re-stuctered there business.
